Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of HiringHero. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.

HiringHero provides career-management tools, including profile management, job analysis, resume drafting and export, LinkedIn content optimization, and application tracking. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued as the service evolves.

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords or authentication codes. Notify support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You retain ownership of the profile, resume, job, application, and other content you submit. You grant HiringHero a limited permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

You are responsible for having the right to submit content and for reviewing career documents before using them.

AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular role. HiringHero does not guarantee interviews, employment, eligibility, compensation, or hiring outcomes. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving anything you submit to an employer. See the AI Use Notice.

You may not use HiringHero to:

• Violate law or the rights of another person.
• Submit malicious code, disrupt the service, probe security controls, or bypass usage limits.
• Access another person's account or data without authorization.
• Generate deceptive application materials or impersonate another person.
• Resell, automate, scrape, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

HiringHero depends on third-party hosting, authentication, database, AI, and job-information services. Their services may be subject to separate terms and may occasionally be unavailable. External job listings remain the responsibility of their publishers.

You may stop using HiringHero or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address misuse, or secure the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact support.

HiringHero is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. HiringHero is not an employer, recruiter, law firm, financial advisor, or government agency. Federal-job guidance is informational and does not replace the official job announcement or agency instructions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiringHero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms as HiringHero changes. The revised effective date will be posted here, and material changes may receive additional notice. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply.
